i havnt played any civilization games but im really hooked up on civIV, (just a few mor days) theese forums have enlighted me on several aspects but theres still one thing you guys can help me with. well the title says it all: how many years does one turn take? or how does it work?
i know that there are less turns than in civIII so maby it has changed but im still curious to know how it worked in civII?
thanks, up front for any KIND replays :D

Good question -- there are no answers.

The closest thing to an answer is that in Civilization 3 each turn represented a few years and that number of years got lower and lower as time went on. To the point where it goes from like 500 years per turn in the B.C. period down to 1 year per turn beyond the year 2000 AD.

And welcome to the forums fellow neophyte!
