how to change city size in Civ V

hi,guys, I want to have a bigger sity and more place for work, that is to say, I want to change the city radius from 3 to 6, is that possible?

I checked the xml file, and the sity size had three class, small, medium, and large, but not exactly number there, I thought there was some code for small , mediun, and large, but I cann't figure out where it was and how to change that . maybe , large meant city radius 3, medium 2, and small 1.

Small, medium, and large refers to how the AI views cities I believe.

To change the radius that a city can work requires some work deep in the DLL if I am not mistaken.
