How to change the cost of sabotage

I looked around but cant find in missioninfos any value that changes the cost of sabotage or destroy, by the spy unit. Can someone please point me to the right file?? Thanks
 
The base costs are contained in GlobalDefines.xml, and I think there is a multiplier involved which is somewhere in the SDK.
 
Nope no multiplier for Sabotage, its always a flat 200 (or whatever else you put in the GlobalDefines), StealPlans has a modifier which keys off the total population + total land of the victim. Destory is modified by the amount of production beind destroyed and has an additional caping value. Both modifiers are in GlobalDefines.
