how to combine mods?

id like to merge a few mods together = but i dont know how to
merge the xml files .

if someone can please explain how can i combine two xml files together...
i would be greatful.

Let me turn you on to a little program called WinMerge: http://winmerge.sourceforge.net/

I use it to combine mods and it works great. I can't imagine trying to combine XML files without it.

Just start practicing your Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.

When I make a mod I have to edit multiple files, naturally. Do you think there is a way to compact a mod into a single file with only the edited parts of the other files?

I use a program called Compare It to do my mergers. works pretty well though sometimes if ppl change things in the middle of a page i have to do some copy/pasting.

And no there really isn't a way to make all your changes in 1 file and not modify the rest of them
