So, there are some behaviors you can influence for AI leaders, like focusing on science or culture, or keeping a good navy. I'm having trouble finding how to implement a few that I'd like, however.
The first is maintaining a strong military. I think it's part of the base-game agendas/leaders, but I can't find how to implement it for my leaders. I think there are effects for air force or navy as well, though those may also be ones I can't find how to implement, it's been a while since I looked at them.
EDIT: Looking back at it, the random agenda 'Standing Army' says the civ tries to keep a large standing army, but, unlike 'Airpower', there is no AIList entry or anything besides the diplomacy modifiers attached to it in the whole file, so I don't know how that is encouraged to civs taht have that agenda.
The second and third are not in the base-game behaviors I believe, but I would like to have my leaders focus on either amenities or population growth (food and maybe also housing), if at all possible. Is it possible?? I'm not very versed in the AILists stuff.
