How to hurry production using gold

I adopted Universal Suffrage, which states that it enables me to hurry production using gold, but I have no clue how to do it. Can anyone help me?

low-center in the city screen is a bunch of buttons, its the top-right one of those. cant remember the hotkey,if there is one

Just checked my handy dandy foldout I got with the special edition and there is no hot-key for hurry production. Thought I would add that on here at the end.
