How to limit the max amount of settlers?

Hello there

Is there a mod out there that will limit the amount of settlers AI and player can train?
Or is there any xml or lua file I can edit myself?
I prefer “tall” games and also, it will be better for my laptop as it can’t really cope with 60+ cities

I'm a luddite so i can't help you, but if you can mod the costs od sellers you can make it exponentially more expensive for each new one.

Also there's that potatomcwhisky settler mod.
