How to make Turkey playable in Road to War?

How can I make the Turkish Republic from the official mod playable?
Can someone give me a tutorial or a link to a tool or sth? Thanks in advance...

if you open the world builder save with wordpad you'll see text. find Turkey and see if it is set to minor civ or playable. make it like the a civ that is playable.

Download the Add-on pack (see my sig).

It makes all nations playable, plus fixes / adds LOTS of stuff.
