How to move the forbidden palace

Is there any way i can move the forbidden palace? Can i destroy it any way? By letting a rioting mob destroy it? Can you delete cities? Do i have to let an enemy capture it then destroy it. These sound a bit wasteful but my empire has expanded greatly and just moving my palace won't be that helpul.

My suggestion would be to get a job

Give the city to another civ as present, then retake it. I know it's hard
