How to run LowResTextures and LowResLeaderhead Mod at once?

Hi, I did a search but nothing shows up. Also I posted in the mod forums but got no reply. sorry abt posting here. I downloaded the LowResTextures Mod and the LowResLeaderhead Mod. How to run the two mods at once? When I go to "Advanced" and "Load a Mod" I am only able to run one at a time.

If possible pls be clear and specific in the reply as I am not that IT savvy. Thanks a lot.

Although this has been packaged as a MOD, it can also be dropped into your customassets folder. Find it yourself.

Customassets is located in the mydocs/mygames/civ4 directory. Anything placed in there acts as a "permanent" mod that doesn't require loading.
