[NFP] How to start a certain civ with a bonus

Hi All,
How can I start certain A.I civs with a starting bonus like gold and units and tech.

You can use https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/really-advanced-setup-lite.25949/, I use it quite a lot to test my mods. Also, I use it to change starting units. (but I Integrate RASL into my mods, can't live without it anymore, thanks to @LeeS)
