How to take screenshots as a .jpg instead of a tga

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but how do I change the screenshot settings so the image is a .jpg? I know that I can download a converter program but I'd rather they were just taken as .jpg.

Well fraps would let me use .bmp but its hardly my prefered solution. I'm hoping for some config line I can chnage from TGA to JPG (like in civ4) but I just can't find it.
