I Can't Login To Gamespy

Hi! How are you all? Greetings from Finland! I bought Civ IV complete but when I try to login in the Multiplayer, it says "username not found: the username you entered is not valid". I use username teemuruskeep which I changed from teemuiruskeepaa. I can login to Gamespy Arcade with teemuruskeep, but I it is important that it does not find Civ IV Complete on my hard drive. I have a different username on Gamespy Comrade which came with the DVD, but in the game I get the same message when using that username. I can't play multiplayer. Please help!

Did you create this username from within Civ? I seem to recall that pre-existing usernames don't work in Civ...

It is weird as well that when I click create a new account, it open's Gamespy Arcade registration internet page, not an in-game registration window. And like I said, I created 2 new usernames after I installed the game, to Gamespy Arcade and Gamespy Comrade.

Sorry I misunderstood you then. I am not too good in MP-troubleshooting so maybe someone else can help - if no one here can answer try posting your question in the Civ4 Multiplayer subforum of this site as well.
It is entirely possible that this is a problem with Complete - though I hope it is not...

I would certainly not wish to copy my question to another place because it creates forum chaos on these impractical vbulletins. Could a moderator move it there?
