I discover Europe? Reverse columbian exchange?

Istarted playing as the Maya and of course built up my troops preparing for the incoming wave of plague and soldiers... But it never happened. It is now 1630 and i'm about to build a caravel and sail to Europe. Does anyone know what will happen?

Sorry about that I am playing RFC 3000 BC as the Maya. I have newest patch of BtS.

I think it is due to most of the old world collapsing. Germany could've conquered France, Rome, and Russia and collapsed, while France conquered Spain. And since England and Portugal don't settle in Central America, you wouldn't have met any Europeans.
