i dont understand Option in Custom game

I not good english language so i dont understand many options


No City Flipping From Culture
City Flipping after Conquest
Always War
Always Peace
Permanent War or Peace
Lock Modified Assets
Require Complete Kills
No Vassal Stats

if u explain by english language but long i can understand
