I Know This Is Out There, but Civ and Fallout seem like a Natural Fit

I've always felt like the worldbuilding of Fallout could fit Civ style gameplay and even moreso with the release of CIv 7. The Fallout games are about seeing society rebuild from the ashes in a new image but by mixing and matching bits from the old world. I see this as very similar to Civ 7's gameplay which involves you mixing and matching real cultures over a long period of time, starting from nothing and building something great.

A game in the style of Civ 7 would bring back a lot of the classic factions and given the games take place over a 200 year long period you could definitely show the evolution of the factions of that game that have lasted that long. It would more or less be a spinoff of 4 and to an extent 76's settlement mechanics, taking the city building aspect of those games and approaching it from a more zoomed out scale that can encapsulate the whole of the game.

I've been working on a concept for a couple of Civs, a lot of this was designed with the potential for being modded into 7 in mind but since I lack any kind of technical skills I think it's more than likely this will be left as a concept for the time being.

I don’t play fallout but this looks cool

Anyways add Fawkes and make his ability that he doesn’t go to war when his Allies do

The only issues in my mind are 1, that there's really only 3 or so leaders and 2 or so Civs you could make and my goal is to create a comprehensive In Universe collection of civs. 2 given the nature of Rapture and Columbia they'd be really difficult to code given the uniqueness of their settlement locations and while I myself am not a modder i'm trying to think of concepts that would be plausible for the most part to any mid level mod creator.
 
Suggestion for the doc, can you make it so that you can click on the side and move to a specific section. I want to find things easier
