I need an answer

Hello, I have Civ 3 Gold Edition (I know, it was a rip off) and I do not have the Civilization III: Conquests pack. If I would purchase this, could I just lay that over my existing Civ3 platform? My version is the 1.27.
I do not know if that Conquest pack can be seen as a add-on or not. Could anyone please give me a answer.

yeah...you should be able to add it on as an expansion pack/patch

C3C will patch up Civ III to 1.29F, but you will need to get 1.22 for C3C.

So, you guys think that C3C will overlay and be added-on to my existing Civ3 Gold Edition without any difficulties. Well, I will get it later today. If anyone has a different advice for me, please post it.

Yeah, it'll work fine. Don't worry about the different patch numbers for Civ3 and C3C, they are completely different patches. Install C3C, download the C3C 1.22 and enjoy!
