Could anyone upload the original Assets map for me please, i think i kinda messed that stuff up

its easier to reinstall the game, and keep your saved games and stuff.
if you want someone to upload it, they have to unpack all the library thingys, upload it, you download it etc.
this will take much more time

I cant see where you can uninstall it! Where is the option??

start->configurations->software->civilization4 i guess
other, put the disc in, run the setup and select uninstall

When I put in the disc there is no option to uninstall! There never is..

One thing I did when I started my modding activities was to make the original Civ4\Assets directory and its subdirectories read-only. This way I protected myself from such mistakes, I think it would be a good idea for any modder to do this.
