I looked for this and didn't see it posted. For all you Nuke modification fans; if you set the <iNukeRange> field in CIV4UnitInfos.xml to 2, you will get an ICBM that has a blast radius of 2 instead of 1. Thought I'd share... 
On a sidenote, when I nuke someone I never see the nuke animation. I see other animations for other units, but not for the nuke. Any ideas? EDIT: I discovered it. When Quick Animations are ON, fighting animations are shown but nuike animations are not.
