Icon problem

I think i finished the inside of my first mod (Fst, Nabatée). Now i'm starting the outside (icon first of all). My problem is that my icons can't be displayed in the game.Anyway i don't know where to start in order to solve it, if anyone could givr me some clues i would be very grateful.

for info: i don't have my leader image. Just civ icon and backgroud. Leader coming soon ... i hope

I fix all. No time for explain, for the moment. Just one question how change cleopatra screen in diplomatic menu ?
