Anyways, thoughts, suggestions? I dont know if the special ability is too good or not, but I wanted to convey the way the Cuban government uses subsidized art and medicine to maintain its political capital. The UU is designed to represent the Cuban soldiers who intervened in Angola, Grenada and Ethiopia on behalf of various socialist movements. The organiponico is an arguably successful response to the economic crisis caused by the drop in Soviet subsidies by encouraging "urban agriculture" in poorly used city spaces.

Ability seems underpowered to me, but idea is nice. In addition to happiness there may be +2 production. Also it would be nice to use spanish term like "patria o muerte" for ability, it will make the mod more genuine

+2 seems a bit high, how about letting specialists give +1 Happiness and +1 Production, or, perhaps more realistic, +1 Happiness and +1 Culture?

Hmm. +1 happiness per specialist, that means that the population point assigned to a specialist role does not contribute to unhappiness count at all. Coupled with Rationalism where they in on themselves contribute 50% less unhappiness, you are running a high happiness surplus (1.5 per, give yourself 2 specialists that's +3 happiness... no need to get luxury resources at all!).

A bit over powered IMO.

Is it more OP than the Indian UA? Anyways, specialists still come with a price on food production so can't be used limitlessly for happiness.

I'd go with something like with something Spanish for the UA, like Revolucion Socialista. I like the UA idea, but it's a bit too strong at the moment. Maybe cut happiness from luxuries down to 4 to balance things out? It'd also help with the theme of socialist revolution.

UB also seems a bit strong, I'd remove the -10% unhappiness and make it maintenance free. That's just imo though.
