Hey I'm new to these forums, but I've spent a lot of time playing Civ 6 and 5, and I had an idea for Encampments and how they could be improved in Civ 6. I think it would be cool and realistic if Encampments remained your territory, even if another civ took over the city it was in. If peace was made, the one Encampment tile would remain your territory unless negotiated over (the trading in Civ 6 between leaders needs improvement, and at its current state thats definitely not possible). So, what do you guys think about this idea, and if u think it is a good one.

Interesting idea but would likely be very hard to implement. I believe districts are tied directly to the city that built them, so having a district owned by a player other than the city owner sounds challenging.
