Idea on army & combat

When we review history and famous battles. Weapons are important factor to decide which army win. But morale, discipline of army, supply towards army, quality of weapon, tactic etc are far more important. For example, Qin Shing Huang unified China in 2000 years ago. At that time, other kingdoms used iron weapon but Qin kingdom still used bronze weapon. However, it is known that with good quality control of weapon production, Qin's bronze weapon was even stronger than others iron weapon.

Also, the idea of using tactic was already been there even in before Qin Shing Huang. In before, people start and "run" a battle by oracle (in China). But at that time, they already had tactic.

I think, not only barrack can give extra experiance point toward a new army, but workshop too (due to good weapon qaulity). And, if you defence your kingdom on your land, you can also receive bonus. If you send your army to another kingdom for a LONG time, morale drops and make your army weak. For tactic, I think current wounders is okay.
 
The homeland defensive morale boost is simulated by the cultural defensive bonus of large towns.
