Wanted in Monte Carlo...
This thread is something of a companion to TP_Gekko's list of neat ideas from other FfH2 mods. It's mainly a list of stuff that could be stolen from other mods where some of the work is already done, thus reducing the development costs. I flung in a few ideas of my own too.

PROMOTIONS
Pinch Promotion (+25% vs Gunpowder units) to the Blasting Powder tech. (Main Game) This may help promote some late game unit diversity.
The Morale promotion should be awarded to any unit built whilst a city is celebrating We love the King Day. It could potentially also be awarded to any unit which wins at 10% or less combat odds, though this might involve additional checks and slow things down

Fine Grain Powder (Requires Gunpowder)- Luichirp / Khazad / Lanun only

Honey (Source TAM). Requires FoL and Grove. Might require some kind of cheap Apiary building.
Dates (Source: Ancient Arabia): Requires Desert Scavenger Tech. (Malakim only tech for revealing things in deserts)

Classical Farces (Idea from Ancient Arabia, Icon from Beyond The Sword - Musicals) Provided by Theatre of Dreams.
EQUIPMENT
Spyglass: +1 Visibility. Taken from Pirates! Mod.
UNITS
Create an additional Unit called Austrin Eagle. This should be a Hawk, but with +1 Range. As the explorer nation they should get hawks with better range to help them explore.
Spearman / Pikemen Unit
As Axeman and Champion, but -1 Str and + 25% vs Mounted. This would suit the Chislev quite well, as their background implies that they have been on the run from raiders so could well have developed them.
War Canoe
Take from Stone Age Mod.
Water based unit Can enter coast but not ocean. Str 1 Move 1, Can pillage. Suggest that this unit is only buildable by Lanun and the various Barbarian Civs. Its primary purpose should be a cheap unit with which you can pillage your foe's water improvements.
Trained Wolf
Use the Wolf model/stats, but allow the Doviello to build them once they have built a Kennel. Give them Hidden Nationality. Should require Animal Handling.
BUILDINGS
Garden Malakim Only, replaces Aqueduct. As Main game.
Arena: +1 Happines from Cow. Hopefully Perpentech is just running a bull-ring...
Demonspit Brewery: Replaces Dereptus Brewery for Lanun. Provides Rum (taken from Colonization), +10% Commerce from Corn, Rice, Wheat and Sugar. (270 Hammers)
Vegetable Suq: Available at Guilds (as Grocer from main game, Malakim only)
Kennel: Unique Building for Doviello. Requires Wolf Pen. (Taken from Age of Ice)
IMPROVEMENTS
Stone Road Railway Effect. Dural only. Requires Engineering. (Fits in with theire builder background. I think you can find it in one of the Classical mods, but don't know which one)
Lodge (Taken from Colonization) Only available to Austrin, Replaces Camp. Provides same bonuses but +1 Hammer in all instances.
Buried Treasure (Taken from Pirates! mod) Yields 250 Gold. Would need to be triggered by some event.
Fungus: Taken from Planetfall to indicate Hell-affected Sea, as blackwater does not seem to be distinct enough.
WONDERS
The Hanging Gardens seems like a good one. (Aztec) Pyramids for the lizardman races seems feasible, though Im not sure what effect it should have. Nexus could use Stonehenge as it's wonder video.
RITUALS
Natures Revolt
Natures Revolt could cause other animals to come into play. The Bison resource (Stone Age), Panda (Stone Age) and Panther (Beyond the Sword) to spring to mind.
Additionally every pasture square containing Nightmares or Horses could rebel, putting a Horse unit in that location. You can find Wild Horses in the Fury Road Mod.
Stir from Slumber.
The concept of this ritual is to wake Drifa the White Dragon, however it occurs that the Illians are not the only ones who could benefit from some of the heroes from the Age of Ice. The ritual could become a generic ritual available at Mysticism and various hero units could then benefit from being awoken / resurrected. The ritual needs to be cast by *someone* and then the units become available to build at their requisite techs, a little like nukes in the main game.

Lanun Malus of the Five
FoL Followers: Orb of Succulus effect provides free Resist Cold promotion, allows the user to cast Remove Frost: A spell that removes Blizzards and Tundra, but cannot transform plains to deserts
Golden Stag A Str 5 Move 3 unit that can cast Hope or be sacrificed to start a Golden Age.
This also gives the Overcouncil option: Do not meddle with the Past, which bans also agreeing council members from casting the ritual.
OTHER
Rename the Economic Civic Decentralization to Barter and Arctic Deer to Caribou. Barter should increase the maintenance costs from Guilds by 100%.
Provide a hammer bonus from chopping jungles. It shouldnt be as large as forests, but it should be present.
Grant +50% Production Yield from chopping with Mathematics. (Base Game)
Give workers the ability to dig drainage ditches to terraform Swamps to Plains (Engineering). Give Scorch the same ability.
Give all civilizations one Worker to start with to help speed up the game a little.
