IF we settle site 8, exactly where should we do it?

The cow area received great support in the discussion thread, but there was some disagreement on where exactly we should settle. So, here's the map:

8E. That location will be just as strong a builder as it will be a grower. The river will do more good irrigation-wise than it will in eliminating the aqueduct.

8W will take an extra turn to get to and then immediately steal the growth factor from Epolenep. For what? For no reason. Don't crowd Epolenep. Place the city where it will use all three cattle without expanding.

I voted for 8W becasue corruption in that region, IMO, is just enough to matter in the construction of an Aqua. Had it been Furuyama distance, I probably would've voted for Cyc's site. But here, you have to take into account Waste of probably 10-15% depending on Government. (Well, until Demo and FP...)

Well, considering the Top 2 options would be settled, it was a good idea to clarify the site to be settled. The odds were in favor of this site anyway it being the only South site.

Epolenep will never get to use all of its tiles, so crowding it really won't matter too much.
