If you want all unique features...

Want all unique features? Go to CIV4WorldInfo.xml (make a backup first) in your FFH assets, xml, gameinfo folder and change the "unique feature chance" per map you play to 100. I am sure this has been noted before in some thread.

Actually, it doesn't work like that. I forget the details, but I know that the chances are modified by map size. Also, a unique feature won't be placed if the terrain that allow it is not present.

In effect it does - except maybe in the case of absent terrain - I noticed the negative values on the smaller map sizes too, but setting them all to 100 must breech a threshold - or the game works with >100% - and all unique features spawn.

I'm, guessing
Default chance = 50, and from there -15, +15, etc.

OPen \Fall from Heaven 2 032\Assets\XML\Gameinfo\CIV4WorldInfo.xml in a text editor of your choice; you don't need any fancy tools to edit XML.

Find the lines that say "<iUniqueFeatureChance>-15</iUniqueFeatureChance>" and edit the number. (note that you need to do this for each map size, so look for every instance of iUniqueFeatureChance in the file)

mind the scaling by map size. If you want to be sure, set it to 300 or 500 or somewhere around that range
