illegal operations??

i can only play the game for about 10 min before i get an illegal operation and the game crashes to the desktop. i would really appreciate any help - i really want to play!

i uploaded my dxdiag, thought that might help..

and im not that computer savvy, so can you please explain things in detail.

Hi. I'm trying to gets answers to my game problems also, and I can't offer much help on yours. Look at all the posts by thousands of people in the same boat as we are. You will have to be patient and just keep posting and do the suggestions the experts will give you. The game is very buggy and each computer is different in some way. Just wanted to let you know it may take some time before your problem is identified and fixed.

In the meantime, try running the patches if you have not already done so . Load v 1.09 and try your game. If it crashes try loading v 1.52. 1.09 works for some people when 1.52 will not.
