I had a great game and got some tech that allowed me to buy workers with faith fairly cheap

However- I can't recall what conmbo or setup that was. I searched around and Theocracy only allows military units and I dont' recall using that form of govt but could be wrong.

any ideas on what tech / culture it was?

No, I believe it stops appearing in the Industrial Age.

I think you are right. In my game I all of a sudden stopped getting it. That is one over powered dedication esp if you are inca.

I think I have had it in the Industrial Age actually. Not 100% sure. Wondering if the choices you are given depend on what you used during previous eras.

Nah, they're definitely era-dependent. Some of them are even rather thematically appropriate for the age, for example, Heartbeat of Steam first appears in the Industrial Era. Note however that their specific effects do change depending on whether or not you're in a Golden Age (they are the same for normal and Dark ages). In any case, here's Monumentality:

Code:
<Row CommemorationType="COMMEMORATION_INFRASTRUCTURE" CategoryDescription="LOC_MOMENT_CATEGORY_INFRASTRUCTURE" GoldenAgeBonusDescription="LOC_MOMENT_CATEGORY_INFRASTRUCTURE_BONUS_GOLDEN_AGE" NormalAgeBonusDescription="LOC_MOMENT_CATEGORY_INFRASTRUCTURE_BONUS_NORMAL_AGE" DarkAgeBonusDescription="LOC_MOMENT_CATEGORY_INFRASTRUCTURE_BONUS_DARK_AGE" MinimumGameEra="ERA_CLASSICAL" MaximumGameEra="ERA_RENAISSANCE"/>

...Yes, it's called COMMEMORATION_INFRASTRUCTURE in the code, you're going to have to trust me that it's Monumentality :p It's available from the Classical to the Renaissance eras, as shown in MinimumGameEra and MaximumGameEra.

Code:
<Row Tag="LOC_MOMENT_CATEGORY_INFRASTRUCTURE">
<Text>Monumentality</Text>
</Row>

I see 11 different dedications total, and 4 are available in any given era.

Is that a Mod you are playing because, much to any people's annoyance, the Inca are not in the game!

Probably referring to the Aztecs, who can use builders to rush districts.

It’s also a nice bonus for the rather underpowered Qin as he can rush wonders the same way.
