(We take out France and one other large opponent, the world empire is ours! Might even beat that 50 turn estimate the other fellow advanced.)

Please vote YES on this measure for the following reasons:
1. Our troops are already in position outside of France.
2. France is set to discover Motorized Transportation(Tanks) within the next few turms.
3. Having just taken quite a few American cities, France's troops are most likely spread thin at this point.

I voted YES, but didn't I see some of our Cavalry inside French Borders? I can't be sure, now. But isn't that against our Charter?

I think we sould go to war against England instead...
The goal is to eliminate France before they get tanks, which they are likely researching right now. England is a very backwards civ, and will not put up a fight any time soon.

At this stage of the game, rep doesn't matter. An instant denial of resources should slow down France a bit. We could wait for a certain amount of panzers (maybe 20?)... or we could charge in immediately.
