Since I have played around with install shield in the past, I tried a trick I used to use back in the early days of install shield.
When it fails to copy the file, it actually copies the file but then validates it against the source file.
So what I did for every file it failed on go that directory and rename that file. Then click Ignore. Do this for every file. It worked for me to get by all the errors. When the install finishes then go back and rename the files back to the original filename.
