Install problem with disk 4

New desktop (win7 64) and my old civ4 disk is damaged so I bought a new civ4 which contains 4 disks (GOY). Setup runs through the first 3 disks and then will not read disk 4; moreover, I can run the vids on disk 4.

To follow up my own message I'd like to post what I did to get the game to work in case that will help anyone else. I created a new folder and copied everything in all 4 disks to that folder and ran setup from there. I ran setup in admin. I also ran the 1.74 patch in admin. The game appears to work fine and remembers my settings.

However, I also copied all the BTS files to a folder in my new civ4 folder and repeated the same process above including 3.19 in admin. The game seems to work fine; however, it will not remember my settings and it's stuck on low graphics, lol. I can't find the exe. file so I'm just hitting autorun to get BTS to launch (BTS did not install a shortcut). Does anyone know what this issue might be?

the .exe should be in c:\program files(x86)\firaxis games\
or c:\program files(x86)\2kgames\firaxis games\

did you install with administrator rights?
