Every time I try to install civ4 complete it stops at C:\...\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\Art\Movies\Intros\intro.bik . It won't go past this point and freezes the computer. It then won't close. How do I install it? How do I get past this?
I have a compauq windows vista and I have used this disc loads of times before and I have installed it on my computer before. Civilisation 4 works by itself (I have a the base game and the complete version.)
