Installation Problems

Ok, the game loads up then i hit the install button it goes to installshield wizard. Then an error window pops up and says 1607: Unable To Insall installshield Scripting Runtime. I went to the official site of installshield and it said install some patch thing i tried but then it has a error that says The handle is Invalid when i click it. I would appreciate anything else then fully reinstalling windows Xp.
