Installing a Mod made the DLC disappear in game

I installed and activated CCMAT and played for a bit as Genghis Khan. When I restarted the game, it told me that the required mod wasn't there. I went into the mods directory and the Mongolia mod/DLC is missing. Any ideas what's going on? I tried to find how to download the mod manually, but Steam insists that it's already installed.

Have same problem but with the HMMCP ones - beggers take ages to download to - suggets you download again and see what happens
