Installing Patches

I have downloaded the patch but don't see anywhere to install it at...how do I install it?

If you are using Vista or Win 7, right click on the patch .exe and select run as administrator, otherwise just double click on the .exe to run it. The patch will detect where Civ 4 is installed and install it there.
