I'm trying to make a mod that simply replaces Rome with modern Italy, and as a first step I tried to copy and paste the Desert War Italian flag into the mod folder. I followed the instructions posted by Rhye, just replacing the Roman laurel decal with the modern italian decal. But, when I loaded the mod nothing had changed. Can someone help?
