Into the Renaissance crash

I was playing ItR with Byzantium. At turn 90ish, I captured one of Turkey/Sulaiman's city. When prompted to annex/puppet/raze, I click view city, and the game froze and crashed.

What version of the game are you playing?

Could you please post:

• A save from the turn before the crash (or the last save that you have).
• Your DXDiag.

  Q.) "Please provide a Dxdiag." What does this mean, how do i do that?
  
  Hit the "Windows key" and "R", type in Dxdiag, hit enter. A menu will appear, with a save option at the right bottom. Do this, save it as a file and attach it here. We are able to see what system and drivers you have with this file.
