invisible units?

Why do some of the units appear invisible, such as the Doviello basic warrior, also the Orc Witch Doctor, and various Lizardman units. I can see their backpacks and walking sticks, sometimes an arm or a head, but that is all. Please help.

You have a non-shader card. We need to do some work to get those updated. The art team has been working on it recently and I expect a lot of fixed art in 0.23.

thanks for the quick reply and making such a good mod. I play it exclusively to vanilla civ right now. When you are making the changes for those of us with crappy graphics cards, can you see if there is anyway to get the flags to show up other than white or plain color? That would be awesome. Guys in Iraq only have laptops and some of them barely run Civ 4. Other than that, it rocks. So much work must have gone into it.
