because i ****ed the most recent game (GOTM 30) so up that i don't have any pleasure of it. I just have to wait and see what other civs are doing.

My civ is backwards. Am i allowed to retire and to submit a retired game?

Note that we do not accept incomplete games (retiring), as it interferes with the comparisons and rankings.

Sorry, but you will need to send a completed game. You could always just disband all your cities and troops and then declare war for a nice, quick ending.
