How can I reduce the diplomatic penalty for razing cities? The way the game is set up now, you can forget about using any of the diplomatic options (other than war 
) once you raze a city or two. Basically I'd like to do one of the following. Either greatly reduce or eliminate the diplomatic penalty. Or have the penalty diminish relatively quickly over time. Any ideas out there.
