If you have a super computer go for it. Otherwise, if you want to wait 5 minutes per turn in the latter stages of the game, modders will probably come through for you.

yea i have a pretty good pc that's why im looking for it because in vanilla they couldn't make it

No I doubt they have one available. I think it's hard-capped at...whatever the current number is. 24 is it?

Also, remember, each civ has to move its units one at a time...now imagine that times 36. Plus whatever city-states.
