Is there a 'modern' Civ mod or alternative game?

I'd like to play a game where you can play in the modern Middle East or Eastern Europe. Ideally complete with modern tech and leaders. I have Civ 4 and Civ 5, and am also open to buying a different game if one exists. Does it exist?

I'm almost done making one.. it focuses on Modern Combat with the Northern Alliance, European Union, Eastern Bloc and the Arab League.. Still in beta testing phase.. but you can test it for me if you like..
