You can edit it and do anything you want. You can deltete it and the game will make a new one.

Probably stored in a file... never bothered to look, but you can probably delete that if reinstalling doesn't axe it.

Found it. HighScores.cv3. Simple text file, editable with Notepad.

...and apparently Civ3 doesn't like it when this file is a 0-length file. Crashes to desktop whenever it tries to access HighScores.cv3 now that I've deleted all the entries.

Try deleting the whole file. But make a backup first, I don't know if it works.

This is interesting to know. Now I can delete that unglorious entry caused by me pressing retire instead of quit game.
