Is there any good new turn based strategy games available or coming ?

I have been waiting for news for any new game resembling civilization, but have not noticed any. Is there any available or coming ? I am not interested of any games available only as a download game (I want to buy games "traditionally").

Pay attention to powered attacks too. It is normally in the form of artillery strike with a huge amount of ground troops charging at you, distracting you and using the siege weapons clearing out your base buildings.
