Is this a bug in the "current deals" diplomacy screen?

I make a deal like a trade or peace treaty. I click END TURN.

In the Current deals it says "deal started on turn 210" "deal has lasted for 30 turns".
Shouldn't the screen say "Deal has lasted for 1 turn and will expire at turn 240?"

Can you reproduce this bug or is it just me.

Well it doesn't say "has lasted", only "lasted", but that is confusing syntax, I agree. I never thought of it and just intuitively skimmed the meaning.

Also a "30 turn deal on turn 210" ends on turn 241, because the deal hasn't "completed one turn" until you rollover turn 211.
