Is this a bug, or am I just missing something...

I'm trying to start FFH and I have no toolbars or advisors. None of my F1-F12 buttons are active, there are no interface bars on the screen, and pressing "options" in the main view produces no results. It's going to be tough to process all of this new info as it is, I certainly don't want to try it with my hands tied behind my back as well lol.

I searched the forum, and see no mention of such a problem. What am I doing wrong? (btw, this mod looks great, tx to all who obviously went to a LOT of effort over it.)

I believe another person mentioned that it might be due to not having the correct Civ4 patch installed (1.61).
 
Thanks for the speedy reply, but I've got 1.61 installed. I might try to reinstall everything from scratch, I'll post my results when I do.
 
Do you have any mod installed that affects the interface? I once had Ruff's Cobbled SG Modpack installed and it resulted in absolutely no buttons at all when I started a new game with FfH. It only worked for vanilla so I had to uninstall it.
 
An update- I jumped through a lot of hoops, but I'll spare everyone the gory details. The short version is, I reinstalled Civ IV from scratch, updated to 1.61, added FFH back in, and the interface problem cleared. I assume that'd work for anyone, just a clean install, and apparently 1.61 does not break FFH.

The only other mod I was running previously was Sevopedia. Though I haven't seen anything here to indicate they might conflict, I'm leaving it off just to be certain, since I assume it's N/A for this mod anyway...
