1. We have added a Gift Upgrades feature that allows you to gift an account upgrade to another member, just in time for the holiday season. You can see the gift option when going to the Account Upgrades screen, or on any user profile screen.

    i can't make a peace with other civs.

    it is not minor civ.

    but i can't make a peace.

    i can't any talk with them.

    i m playing world map scenario v20.

    do you started with "always war" ? or "permanent treaty"?
