I had the weirdest thing happen to me today.

I'm playing along with the Chirp, stumbling towards Cartography after getting Hidden Paths to allow my empire to double or more in size.

Thucydides completes his great work "The Most Advanced Civ" in the world. Topping the chart on turn 151 is Jonas Endain, of the Clan.

Even more bazaar, Jonas himself has the lowest score, but a good ways, of anyone else.

So whaddya think happened? Goodie huts of doom?

Maybe Thucydides opened a space time portal with the help of Socrates, Pericles and Sophocles and sent him half the treasure of the Delion League?

Thats just my way of saying in a not off topic way that those pop-ups need to be fixed with flavour appropriate names...

I think you have your answer, Z. One reason I don't like to play civs with the Barbarian Trait is that I always seem to get too civilized and negate that peace with the barbarians trait advantage while keeping the negative to research disadvantage.

I seem to always get plenty of techs from Goodie Huts with them during exploration. However, that would bring their score up. Also, they do seem to expand rather quickly, so I am a little surprised their score is low, but their techs researched are high.
