Keeping CIV4 hall of fame when reinstalling Windows ?

Hi,
Is it possible to move the Hall of Fame information and replay info from all my played Civ4 games from one installation of CIV4 to another? I am going to reinstall Windows 7 64 bit / CIV4 at Steam and would like not to lose the history of my great achievements of past games.

Is there a special file I need to backup, or something? I guess it has to be different from the savegames.
