War rages through the land!
BREAKING NEWS, 880AD
Once again, war casts its shadow over the Arab-Chinese world. In the year 860 AD the Chinese launched an offensive against their former money-benefactors the Koreans. As a result of this attack, the Koreans lost control of their sources of valuable ivory, forcing them to cancel their ongoing deal with Arabia.
Meanwhile, tensions between China and Arabia had already risen as Caliph Kemal had announced not to renew the peace treaty that was about to end in 870 AD.
A last minute high level summit yesterday between Chairman ProPain and Caliph Kemal did not result in an agreement between the two superpowers to continue peaceful relations, and it was in the year 880 AD that Arabia closed diplomatic relations and officialy declared war on the Chinese empire.
Stay tuned to hear about how this war will develop and change the course of the game.
